Orders and shipping
All of our products ship from Indiana, USA, and most orders ship the same day. If you have a question about an order, or something looks wrong when it arrives, email us and we will make it right. See our shipping policy.
Returns and warranty
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Some items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products. If you are unsure about your item, please get in touch. Full details are in our refund policy.

Setup and care
- Pegboard items (Angled Spool Mount, Game Controller Holder): these fit IKEA SKADIS pegboard and set up without tools. The spool mounts clip into the pegboard slots and use two holes each. The controller holder has two snap-in pegs on the back that fit the pegboard slots.
- Starlink Mini Suction Cup Mount: tool-free setup and removal. It attaches to the factory mounting points on the back of the Starlink Mini dish and grips glass and other smooth surfaces.
- Multitool for VP Racing 5.5 Gallon Jug: installs under the existing main cap, with no drilling or modifications.
- Tesla Cybertruck Cookie Cutter: hand wash only.
- T-shirts: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
